These two cut-outs are motifs extracted from Hans Christian Andersen’s largest and most intricate paper cut-out from 1874.
This original paper cut-out is measuring 43,4cm x 26,8 cm, and was made as a gift for Mrs. Dorothea Melchior, and is now to be found in the Hans Christian Andersen Museum in Odense.
