We gladly accepts returns within 14 days of  your receipt. Please send an email to info@kleinstudio.dk to inform witch item(s) you would like to return. 

RETURNS FROM DENMARK

Included in your parcel there is a return label, if you wish to use this we will subtract 39DKK from the amount to be refunded (only national order within Denmark). Please keep your postage receipt as proof for shipping.

If you wish to use your own shipping label the return must be returned to :

Return of bigger items, such as furnitures etc. (packages above 20 kg) is the customers own responsibility to arrange the return to us, with a carrier. The return label can not be used for these specific returns.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE DENMARK

Returns from outside Denmark don't have a return label included currently. Please return your item(s) to:

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange item(s) from your order to other products, please place a new order for the new item(s) and return the the item(s) you wish to exchange.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kleinstudio.dk. If your return is accepted, use the return label enclosed in the package (DK orders), Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods, soap, oils etc. if the seal has been broken (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The money will be refunded to the same cardholder, who have been billed and paid for the order.
